I talk to both stakeholders to understand what their business needs from a project, and to the deliverable experience’s users to understand their own needs.
I use insights from my research to craft a purposeful experience that satisfies these business and user needs.
I test designs 1:1 with users to get quality feedback, or A/B test a design to measure its effectiveness with a larger audience.
I improve on my designs and continue to test them, using what I’ve learned from previous tests.
As a UX Designer, I want to get to know your business and your users so that I can build an experience that brings success to you and that empowers them.
